For fine dining, maybe not, but hardy eats, this is a good place. The staff are friendly. The menu is susprisingly diverse. Three fries choices: shoestring, wedge and waffle. They even have the best French Dip in Tucson.

Service is good and the food is good too. Nieghborhood Bar with friendly atmosphere.

Great place, bartenders are friendly. There are 2 pinball machines, a few dollar pool tables and some dart boards. Its cozy and I like their music choices. One of my favorite spots to chill, have a beer and play a game of pool. I haven't tried their food but the specials always sound tasty.

A cozy place with large amounts of great tasting food for your money. The staff is very friendly and inviting, and the crowd is laid back and chill.

It's a nice neighborhood bar/grill. Friday night was fish n chips and the place was doing a brisk business. A few more servers wouldn't have been amiss as it seemed that the ones there were being run ragged. I'm told that the bar vodka tasted like kerosene so I would, and did, spend a bit more for a better brand. The fish was actually quite good and since it included wedge fries, Cole slaw and a (rather boring square) of corn bread, it was a filling meal. I'd say give it a try and see what you think.

Great prices and specials. The personal mixed drinks were good too. Service is personable and quick!

Superb food! And our waitress was fabulous! Recommend for awesome burgers and fresh food.

Staff, pleasant and friendly. Extra large parties are difficult to manage and service was slow... Food was decent...

The bartender was not prepared for more than ten people. He said he closes at 11pm so he doesn't have to tend more than 15 to 20 people in one night. Not very inviting.

Stopped in today, Sunday 11/17 about 2pm, food was good, service good, atmosphere very poor, screaming kid the whole time we were there. it would be quieter at Chuck-E-Cheese.

Had the fish fry special. Two options for the fish. Baked or fried. I had one of each and both were good.

Great burgers, awesome chili and perfect service.

Everytime I go to Thristys the food is good and the staff is wonderful.

Price was right. Good beer and drink selections. Fish fry was average (machine formed fish "fillets"). Service was pleasant and attentive.

Good food at a decent price. Great service! There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant but she did a great job and the bar tender helped out. Very pleasant.

Fantastic food & bar... I loved the all you could eat fish at LENT so I reccomend it. I loved this place and Tucson as I grew up in Illinois, and moved back as my husband has passed away... Its a great bar

A true bar and grill. Our food was delicious. The Tucson cheesesteak had a bit of heat and the grilled onions and green chilies were a good mix. Excellent shoestring fries; coated, seasoned and fried. Super crispy and seasoned just right! The grilled cheese with bacon had four pieces done nice and crispy.It was the early end of dinner, so most of the customers were at the bar. Super friendly server and bartender. Will definitely be going back.

Fun atmosphere. It's a nice neighborhood grill. On one side you have pool tables, pin ball, and a nice bar feel. On the other you have this close knit feel with the juke box, bar, and tables. Best of all, they have fried green beans and ugly steak sandwiches. If you've never had an ugly steak you have to go to dickmans deli or come here and get the ugly steak sandwich. I will be back for sure!

Truely a neighborhood grill with the best ugly steak sandwiches. Some day I will try something else but I haven't yet. Great prices and service.

Been coming here for years. The Friday night fish fry all you can eat is usually worth the trip, tonight's Tucson burger and side for $8.99 is the best in town for the price.

We came for fish fry Friday. The fish was so so. The kids meals were large. My hamburger was average. The place is pretty run down. It was overall a not very memorable experience - except for the fact that we had the entire front room to ourselves so the kids could be kind of noisy and play a ring toss game.

I went there with a friend ,we both ordered steak,it was pretty good I must say until I saw a baby roach in my plate,I couldn't say anything,I had to leave the place,I think the place is too dark and may be infested,other than that food was good,I don't think I can go back to this bar.

They have the best grilled cheese I have had yet in Tucson. I always feel welcomed here, and the staff and crowd are good people.

Pretty good for a cold one on the way home after work. Loaded tots are good and many tvs. Perfect because it's a 3 min walk from my house! Check it out.

Meh, it's a neighborhood bar & grill. Very friendly, staff is good. Clean place, just a little meh for outsiders.

Like walking into a small town saloon after being gone for so long at first, piano music stopping, most everyone looking at you as you make your way to the bar (to a table in this case)... then, coming across a long lost friend you hadn't seen in forever, a firm handshake and embracing takes place, then everyone going back about their business, and the piano player starts playing his song again. The atmosphere begins to fill with friendship, service with a genuinely friendly smile, and the food? The food is like you remembered "mama" cookin' at home! yUm! 😋Y'all gotta get out more often... 'specially to THIS place! Truly enjoyable!Riki

I'm one of the cooks. We have great food, bartenders and servers aswell. I work with a bunch of awesome people. I'm glad to be there.

Food is always awesome, but the esthetic s of the place really needs a facelift.
